- Description: Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation (SVMHF) is proud to offer a special program for children in need of medical equipment or services not otherwise covered by insurance. Parents and guardians of children up to age 17 that live in Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties, are eligible to apply.

- Eligibility: Only grant requests of behalf of a child from infancy to age 17 that reside in Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito counties will be considered. Applicants can submit a grant request for CMNH funding at any time throughout the year. Maximum grant request is $2,500.
- Requirements: Application requirements include income verification, a letter of medical benefit from a care provider, and a completed grant application form.
